Media Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research :

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued an official letter No. (1443) on 20th of September 2017 to all the universities in Kurdistan region, requesting them not to take (100,000ID) from students of Internal Dormitories till a suitable amount of money is decided.
Mr. Abbas Akrem, the Spokesman of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research said that the official letter was signed by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Yousif Goran after taking the current financial crisis into consideration.
